Introduction:
The machine is adopted with PLC, frequency converter and touch screen operation. It can automatically finish the processed of feeding, forming, heat-sealing, pressing, batch number printing, punching and so on.
The dimension is small and the stroke length is adjustable. It suitable for aluminum plastic package for any shape of objects, such as capsule, tablet, pellet, sugar-coated tablet, leisure candy, chewing gum,milk tablet, mini metal etc.
Performance and characteristics:
1. This machine gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing, trace pressing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
2. The step motor is adopted on the machine for precise controlling the pulling length and saving material.
3. The heating molds of the machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.
4. The mold and the automatic feeder can be designed according to customer’s request.
5.The machine can be used with general feeder, the disc feeder and special feeder.
